Belle Mariano, a Filipina actress, was one of the winners in the virtual voting that took place in August. As a result, she became the first Filipina to receive the Outstanding Asian Awards from the Seoul Drama Award in South Korea. Mariano expressed appreciation in her speech to those who supported her and believed in her.
Belle Mariano is not only Filipino actress nominated for Outstanding Asian Star; she is also nominated alongside Charlie Dizon, Dimples Romana, Maris Racal, Donny Pangilinan, Zanjoe Marudo, Jake Cuenca, and Karla Estrada.
Belle Mariano got the highest percentage of votes from the SDA organizers' online poll among the nominated Philippine actors. Belle Mariano of "He's Into Her" received 62.34 percent of the votes, with Donny Pangilinan of "He's Into Her" receiving 27.16 percent, Maris Racal of "The Broken Marriage Vow" receiving 4.79 percent, and Jodi Sta. Maria of "The Broken Marriage Vow" received 2.69 percent, while Zanjoe Marudo received 2.61 percent.
